Audrey is passionate about marketing research and with 30 years of practical experience in this field, she is perfectly equipped to execute research projects of all types. Having recently led the research team at Aimia/Aéroplan and then at Lowe’s Canada, Audrey designed and implemented customer experience measurement programs nationally and built best-in-class research functions for the two companies.
